It is nice that they offer part-time positions benefits. You earn paid time off at a rate of roughly 1 day for every 4-5 days worked. However; the health benefits are atrocious. A single member plan cost roughly $365 a month and had a $3500 annual deductible for medical and a $3500 deductible for prescriptions. Once this was paid then they would cover 80% of any treatment at an in-plan facility.

The medical benefits changed dramatically in 2014 for the worse. Premiums went down, but deductible and copays sharply increased. Work from home is a great benefit especially in inclement weather.

There are too many potential surcharges on the medical insurance to make it affordable, especially for someone that has a family member with a vice such as smoking. Amount of vacation days is great, but I rarely had the time to use mine. Vacation stops accruing when you have 4 weeks banked. I lost between 5-10 days every year

Signing up is easy. The blood test is a nuisance but the discount makes it very worth it.

Benefits are getting worse each year or at least more expensive for the same items. Increases are not covered by raises so employees are actually getting cuts in pay each year.

Overall I think the benefits at Unisys are good and fairly standard for the industry. In 2013 a change was made that only one health insurance option is available along with an annual contribution to a Health Savings Account, at least for US employees. Unisys gives discounts on the cost for an annual biometric screening and tobacco-free households (which includes all family members). Costs went up slightly in 2015. Unisys also provides EAP (including legal assistance), flexible spending account for vision and dental expenses, and vision. Of all plans, the vision - Spectera - is not the best and could be improved. One negative is that the deductible on the health insurance is rather high so you're paying in full until you meet that. In 2014 I did not, but the HSA covered all of my out of pocket expenses. You can also designate payments to the HSA and that money rolls over if not used.
Paid Time Off is accrued throughout the year and does carry over. You do reach a ceiling of 144 hours on PTO and then you don't accrue more until you take some. Unisys offers 11 paid holidays and 2 employee-designated holidays. Make sure to take the employee-designated ones or you don't get them the following year. A bonus is that if you have to work a paid holiday such as President's Day, you can take the time whenever so you don't lose it. Unisys also offers 401k with a good match.
