It's just average compared to it's peers. Xerox pays a portion and the employee pays a portion . The employee part of the portion increases year over year.

I had a choice between 2 plans previously, that has been reduced to one. It's a high deductible plan with no co-pays so it's almost unaffordable to even go to the dr. unless it's preventive care. (preventive, not maintenance for ongoing conditions that require visits every 6 months). You pay out of pocket until deductible is met.
