High deductible for a family, you have to pay $10,000 out of pocket before health insurance pays 100 %. We are looking into Obama Care, a family pays $4,000 out of pocket before insurance pays 100%. (and premiums are less expensive)

No coverage at all until deductible is met. After this, only coinsurance.

Expensive and terrible coverage. In 2014 they only offered one plan to choose from.

Over priced for the coverage delivered - expect them to drop in in the coming years.

Good overal coverage. However, the high-deductible medical plan shifts the burden of higher deductibles to the employee. If you rarely get sick, it's not an issue, but if a family member experiences a grave illness, the cost can become prohibitive. However, a Health Savings Account (HSA) can help with that, but one needs to have already built up some savings prior to any events.

it seemed OK for a single person but families were very expensive with each year going higher with no raise to offset this rising cost.

It changed every year and became more costly but still very good.
