Based on the internal investigation done, we would like to seek your understanding on the delay due to complications
in getting approval for work passes, given the current situation since the start of the year. Our team did tried to apply for you on multiple occasions in hope for an approval, but to no avail.
In addition to that, please note that we do appreciate every effort spent on completing any assignment as part of our hiring processes. We can reassure you that the team was keen to have you onboarded though we faced difficulty with your work pass.
