Aleph Labs interview questions

HR got in touch with me and scheduled for an interview. The interview process went well, the guy who interviewed me was nice sharing the agency's goals and all. Everything went well. And then he said he will give me an assignment. I followed up the next day on the assignment and no reply until after 4 days when it was time for CNY holidays and I was flying off. But I still managed to do the whole thing, spend one and a half days of my holiday brainstorming and researching and doing UX and UI for a mobile app and then sent them on the said deadline. But, no reply or acknowledgement or anything. Only after 2 days or so, I got a message telling me they are not proceeding with my application. Fair enough, i did not get the role. But I asked for a feedback on why they have not considered me and rejected my ideas and mockups. They asked me to do an app while Im on holidays at least be decent and professional enough to share with me a feedback on why you rejected it. I deserve that. So i got turned off. Why would I want to work with a company like this who does not give value to an individual's efforts.
