Arup Laboratories interview questions

There was a typing test taken with HR, they have recruiters that will call and do a basic over the phone interview. Most of the recruiters do the interviews as well. It is a bit more of a lengthy process, they do call references.

There are three steps for interview process. the first one is Phone interview for twenty minutes. She was very friendly and kind, She asked me about why am I interested in ARUP Laboratories and so on... Phone interview was really difficult to me. Those quesions was different than I expected.
