Had a recruiter phone screen where I discussed my qualifications and previous experiences which went really well and positively. I checked all the boxes they were looking for in a candidate. Recruiter proceeded to mention they will forward me to the H.M. to have an interview with them only to get a generic rejection. I'm absolutely disappointed in a hiring process that indicates the green light to the next step in the hiring process only to switch up and give a rejection without any feedback.
