      Sep 11, 2020
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Bellevue, WA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bungie (Bellevue, WA) in Sep 2020

      Interview

2 on 1 Interview with System Administrator/Tech Lead + Manager over Microsoft Teams. Hiring agent was quick with response. Interview process felt like strange nit-picking and random IT trivia. No questions asked about previous job experience.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What is the difference between a Hub, Switch, and Router? What is a Level 2 Switch? What is the difference between RAID and BACKUP? What is Active Directory? What is the Attibutes page on Active Directory? If you had Unlimited Money, What kind of Gaming Desktop would you make? A user is trying to move a file from a server folder location and when trying to copy the file it loads very slowly. What do you do? A user is complaining that his mouse is freezing on his computer, what do you do?
