Interview

It wasn't really an interview. She asked me a when I could start. Based on the interview I could tell the franchise owner knew nothing about her financials and about her own business.

I applied in December. Then, I got email in April for a phone interview. The owner scheduled an interview for 930 am and never contacted me. This company doesn't seem to have much respect for people at all. It's quite sad.
