Interview
Only went in for one interview that lasted about 30 minutes. The questions were basic and it was very conversational. Just make sure to be friendly and demonstrate that you are willing to learn. Don't be too rigid. This company has an easy going culture so show a little bit of that quality during your interview.
They may also discuss your resume highlights, confirm basic eligibility (location, notice period, salary expectations), and provide an overview of the company and the role. This is usually a short chat (approx. 30 mins) with a recruiter to cover your background, motivations, interest in the role, and basic fit.
