4+ rounds plus a QBR. Hiring manager, lead manager etc. the project was to present a QBR with data points etc. this all would have included a panel interview if you passed the QBR
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Everything they asked was simple and customary. The one thing they asked that I could not answer was, “ what other data would you include in the QBR that you did not include”?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Connecteam in Dec 2024
Interview
Had an agency contact me first for the original screener. Found out Connecteam wanted to consider me about a week later.
Interviewed with the recruiter, which was pretty standard questions about my overall experience and if I was okay with the salary range
Met with one of the team leads for a more in-depth interview, and he answered a lot of my questions about the company thoroughly
Last step was meeting with my manager and the head of CS, both were really down-to-earth and had a fun banter with each other. Had to present the Time Clock feature to them as if it were a demo to a client.
Everything was pretty straight forward, except trying to share the mobile application during the zoom was a problem, but they didn't mind.
They then asked some personality questions, "Who is your role model", which I appreciated, b/c they wanted to know if I'd fit the culture. Also asked questions surrounding if I could be an independent worker, "how do you prefer to be onboarded", "what do you do if you don't know how to do something". The US employees have to be self-sufficient with their managers being in Israel. You interact during the first half of the day, but need to manage your time well in the afternoon.
