I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dun & Bradstreet (Newark, NJ) in Aug 2012
Interview
Recruiter reached out via linked in. I had a quick screen and I found the recruiter to be professional, polite and clearly someone who believed in D&B as a company. Her questions were general and were focused on making sure that I was up to speed on expectations and that I felt the opportunity was worth pursuing. I had three follow-up interviews and the feedback I received was very positive and after each interview I was told that I would be moved forward in the process. However, after the third despite being told that I would be moved forward D&B did not get back in touch. I followed up after 2 weeks and was told that they had decided to move in another direction.

Question 1
The questions were all behavioral and as such they were not difficult. That said I was not offered a position so...take my assessment with a grain of salt.

Interview
Communicative and fast interview process! Met with the recruiter, hiring manager, and one additional team member all in just one week! This has not been my experience with other companies. Everyone was kind and transparent.

Question 1
Walk me through how you would start a project. What is your methodology?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dun & Bradstreet (Jacksonville, FL) in May 2021
Interview
I interviewed when the company relocated to Jacksonville. The hiring manager and I had several email exchanges beforehand, and she had my resume. However, just a few minutes into the interview call, she abruptly stated that she didn’t believe I had enough experience, as they needed someone who could hit the ground running. I found this surprising since she had already reviewed my resume and credentials. She sounded somewhat stressed, which I could empathize with given the challenges of a company relocation. However, I was puzzled as to why she proceeded with the interview without thoroughly reviewing my qualifications beforehand, as it ultimately felt like a waste of time for both of us.
