Floor & Decor Sales Associate interview questions

Weird and Awkward. They don't seem to train interviewers that much. I often found my self initiating the conversation. Lots of awkward pauses. She read from and interview sheet that seemed to want to know how I handle negative situations.

Got called about a week after I put in the online application. Had 3 interviews with 3 different people. Last one was a main general manager. Asked about availability, if I had experience in sales (I said no), asked if I had experience in customer sales (I said yes) and the most important question about an irate customer and how you'd handle it. Next two days had orientation, saliva drug test in front of manager (fyi prepare for it if you know you'll come up neg).
