Freshworks Accoint Manager interview questions

Horrid horrid interview process. They made me go through 5 rounds of grueling interviews all post 6 pm. For one interview the interviewer didn’t show up and they didn’t even have to courtesy to inform me before hand. After all that, they come back and tell me they can’t match my current pay. When I had specifically told them my expectation from the start. And they took 1 month to come back and tell me that I had made it through all the rounds but I have to be happy with 20% less than what I make currently. Entitled interviewers and inconsiderate HR. Sick!

First was a call with the recruiter (30 mins) to learn about my previous experience and skills. She then set a 30 minute video interview with the Team Lead a few days later. The interview started and the Lead suggested I was "job hopping" because I was interested in this opportunity. 20 minutes into the interview, she was distracted by her phone and laptop and then cut me off while it was my time for questions saying something urgent came up. She apologized and said the recruiter would follow up. Two days later I received an email saying they were moving forward with someone else. This was probably one of the least professional interviews I've experienced.
