Interview
The interviewer schedules a call at least 5 days prior to the interview date, giving ample time to research and prepare. The interviews are conducted remotely, and work like conversation; A back and forth conversation that comes very naturally and still covers many important parts of the job and the organisation.
Three interviews
First interview waswith HR, to explore my cultural fit
Second interview with team leader discovering my background and how I would fit the job
Third interview includes a case study and a demo exercise (cold calling)
Lastly an interview with the manager (similar to the second interview)

I Had 4 rounds of interviews with one preliminary test. The interviews were quick and it was a smooth process. The coordinator was friendly and very helpful. It was a great process overall!
