Applied via job board. Expected quick response but took approx 2 weeks for callback. Interview was about 4.25 hours and involved 9 people in total, most at different levels and in different roles. Met first with the hiring manager, then 2 colleagues/clients, 1 exec (?), 2 team members, 2 HR profs, ... and one other.. Thought the interview went well - got great feedback during process. After 2 days, followed up with HR who gave a vague reason I wasn't selected. People there seemed great. Seemed like a good environment so was disappointed. Will say that the position seems to be a conglomeration of different roles so will be a challenge for someone not accustomed to working at small companies.
