Spoke to a recruiter for a quick 5 minute discussion about the company and position. Sent me an aptitude/personality test that was very strange but also had some fun questions in it. Received an email a few days after the test that the hiring managers would like to meet me and asked me when my availability was. Told him I'm flexible and to let me know what day works for them. Have not heard a response and it's been 2 weeks. I sent him a follow up email as well as a phone call and have not heard back. I believe I have been ghosted which is very unprofessional for a company to do. Why ask me for my availability if you're not interested in me as a potential candidate?
