Got a screening call then talked with the manager. the second interview went well, and he told me to email someone higher up and request an interview (he said that this is something that they like to do). I emailed the person multiple times and never heard back. If you've found another candidate or are not interested, it would be nice to let the person know rather than ghosting them.
