January 6th I applied to the position at frontline, on January 9th I got a request to do a 15 minute phone interview. I scheduled it for 12pm on the 10th. The talent acquisition partner never called me or emailed me so i checked my notifications, and he rescheduled it that morning to Tuesday at 11:30. With no email letting me know. So I wait until Tuesday and I get no call. I follow up with an email to the talent acquisition partner and get nothing. Essentially the company just ghosted me out of nowhere andI didn't even give a rejection email.
