I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Healthfirst
Interview
I applied online through a university jobpage. Was contacted several days later to do a Hirevue recorded interview online. Several days later was invited to do an on-site or Skype interview and was required to send my availability. I responded as requested, and got no response. I reached out to my point of contact, HR, and talent acquisition *multiple* times and still received no response in order to set up the second interview. About two weeks later, I got a rejection email, after still not receiving any response to schedule my second interview. I found this wildly unprofessional and would not recommend this company to anyone after this experience.

Question 1
What do you know about Healthfirst and why do you want to intern with us?
The interview process was pretty nice, they get back to you very quickly and for my internship position, there are three rounds of video interviews and two zoom interviews. overall nice experience
Really great experience; they followed up pretty quickly after each step of the process and had an efficient system that included a Hirevue video interview and then a follow-up interview with a staff member. Everyone I interacted w/ through email or in-person was nice and always followed up, which I really appreciated it.
The first round had to submit a video recording. Heard back after two weeks and was asked to do a on-site interview. Questions were most about your previous experience and your resume.
