The on line stuff before you talk to a human took hours to complete. One you get thru the personality tests, the IQ tests, the background test, the actual face to face interview is not bad only lasting like 15 min. Just dress well and act like a grown up and you and speak clearly should be fine.

This company has a long interview process, online, phone, location testing, face to face then job offer normally and it is for a good reason the insurance industry has a lot of ever changing information so after you are hired it's not over because there is a nine week training .
