Applied online, within 2 weeks was contacted, set up for a phone interview and the following day a face to face interview. Ask general interview questions to see if you fit with the team. Make sure you ask questions too, it shows you care and want the position. My interviewer was very helpful in answering my questions.

The interview process consisted of an initial interview with the unit hiring manager and then a secondary interview with the unit supervisor. It was relaxed and common interview questions were asked, with some situational questions introduced as well.

Interview
I applied and a recruiter reached out to me the next day to schedule a phone screen to discuss the hours, wages, benefits. I was also emailed assessments (pharm, med-surg, personality, behavior, attitude) to complete prior. After the phone screen, I was scheduled for a phone interview with the unit director where I was asked behavioral/situational questions. She was very nice and I was able to learn more about the work culture and job expectations.
