Intercom Product Manager interview questions

Recruitment set a very arrogant tone from the beginning and did not have much knowledge about the specifics of the role itself other than "Intercom's Product Managers are usually Senior Product Managers in other companies". Take home task was required before speaking to hiring manager and learning more about the role. The whole interview experience felt like it implied honour on the candidate's part to be chosen for the interview with Intercom, rather than a genuine conversation about experience and fit for both parties.

I was contacted by the hiring managers. Had a follow up with them and then a call with the recruiter. I was then given a home task to complete. No feedback after that until I basically spammed them. It took almost two months to get an answer from them. They requested to have a phone call. I provided my availability and then I heard nothing again. Until I emailed them again a couple of weeks later, they finally set up a phone call to basically say "you didn't get the job. Unfortunately I didn't get feedback from the teams as to why you didn't get it". This could've been mentioned in an email, two months before. Complete waste of time.
