LensCrafters Optician interview questions

Series of 3 interviews. Each lasted about 45 minutes. Met with manager for first and final interview, met with head optician for second. Mainly asked "tell us a time" questions.

There wasn't any. They looked at me, said I was cute enough. It was very awkward and uncomfortable. I wanted to cry and leave but I was in a teeny tiny office and felt objectified. If I didn't so desperately need the job I never would have taken it. Once hired, it did get slightly better once I took a stand and made them realize that they wouldn't be allowed to smack my rear end, which happened repeatedly. If you are cute, you will get hired. If they consider you non attractive, your application will go in the trash. They do not even shred your application for privacy measures so your social security number, address and phone number are easily viewed.
