It's the kind of company where they want your "tell me about you" to include personal life details like your hobbies and not just work experience.
I was eventually told the role was put on hold and that they were no longer hiring for the position, which was frustrating after already starting the process. I was promised that the recruiter would reach out in a few months if the situation changed. When I reached out after a couple of months to check in, I was completely ghosted and received no response.
