Interview
It was a very disappointing interview experience. I had one round of technical discussion with Principal AI Engineer. The discussion went well. However, after following up multiple times thereafter, I was informed that they feel I don't have much experience in Gen AI and Agentic AI. Though they haven't asked anything about Agentic AI in the interview. This was waste of time and effort. If you have identified the candidate then why can't you clearly communicate the same. My time and efforts were wasted.
