The interviewing process was highly methodical. They asked competency based questions rooting from their 8 people standards. In fact after joining I got to know that to become an interviewing one must get certified on interviewing skills by an internal workshop. I had 3 rounds of interview.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at NatWest Group (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Sep 2014

They will conduct usually 4-5 round (including 2-3 technical), asking question related to prod support, unix, sql, etc. basic question related to job responsibilities and role . interview process took more than a month to complete all round, they salary negotiation is also big task there, although they can pay you , but you have to convince them to do so.

Q1. Explain Application / Server architecture being used in your project ? Ans. We are using cluster of Web servers and Application servers. Load Balancer is used to manage the load between them. Down the layer we have middleware server and then DB server to access database. Q2. Which Web and Application server is being used by your application ? Ans. We are using Apache 2.3 and Tomcat 5.6. Q3. What are the steps you follow if you receive an application outage ticket ? etc..
