First stage is a Video Interview about behavioural questions. Then it is followed by a virtual assessment centre, which takes an entire day. Three technical tests on math and coding, one behavioural interview, and one group exercise

After submitting my initial application, I received an automated email. This was as expected an invitation to complete a number of online assessments. These were fairly standard. After these I was asked to provide a Cover Letter and answer a number of pre-recorded questions. Finally I was invited to a virtual assessment center. This took about 5 hours and included various problem solving (Maths and Coding), as well as personal skills (Group Work and Skills) interviews. Overall feedback was prompt and clear and the experience very positive.
