Interview
There were two interviewers: team leader and manager from London. The questions were difficult but everything that you can expect recrutuing on such position. It takes about 40-50 minutes. The main questions about financial products, clearing houses, swaps, middle office and your examples of analytical and problem solving skill.

Question 1
Behaviour questions and technical financial questions.
1-hour-interview with a number of technical questions around the derivative instruments, such as IRS, inflation swaps etc. In addition, some general questions about the previous experience, team work, project management. Of course, questions were directly related to the role requirements.
2 rounds of interviews with 2 managers each time.
CV review.
Technical and scenario questions. No trap.
Technical questions about P&L and Balance sheet.
The interviewers identified my strength and weaknesses. Their feedback was spot on. My weaknesses were not blockers for them and they gave me a chance.
Questions about personality.
