I went in walkin and my turn for first round came after 6 hrs and when selected they sked us to come next day for second round and this round also took 6 hrs and finally selected

1st round was extempore 2nd round was QA and last round was interview
Met with 3 managers that were roughly 30 minutes each. Interviews were good conversations and very friendly, there was only one round of interviews. Took a few weeks to get offer.
Very straight forward, average timeframe. Met with 3 seniors (MDs) and a number of directors to talk about the role and what they like about NatWest. More them talking than me.
it was good experience. Interviewer asked domain related questions. They also provided clarity about roles and responsibilities. Questions were from domain related and past experience. there were two rounds of interview.
