Online test + video interview, the video interview has 9 questions. They are strength based. Each give 30 seconds to prepare and 2 minutes to record. The process was smooth but questions are a little difficult.

What does 'go extra mile than customers' mean to you
1st round, reasoning and situational judgement tests. Pretty standard, similar to Barclays.
2nd round, virtual interview. Typical HireVue set-up, 120 seconds to prep and 180 to answer.
3rd round, assessment centre.

Interview
Very supportive and nice people. Clear guidance and feedback. Just the waiting time for the outcome is a bit long but that is acceptable and understandable. The overall experience is great.
