Did a test, then a video interview, and had an assessment day (from 9AM to 2PM) at Edinburgh. AC involved a one-to-one interview, a group discussion exercise and an email writing task.

They gave you some time to prepare before started to record.
It starts with practice question, which is like strengths and weaknesses one. then it comes to the real video interview, with the very first few questions having 1min to consider and the last ones just three sec to think about the answers
