It was a telephonic interview. Started with introductions and why I wanted to go into this role coming from a tech background.
On subject side they questioned about the things I was known to, like different kind of simulations, excel for finance. Overall it was brief and to the point

Group interview with a case, 1v1 interview with a case and 1v1 interview with motivation questions. no technical questions. There was a lunch break in between.
The case used to be about digital transformation / evaluating 3 different innovative strategies. Interviewed at spring 2025.

Tell me about a time that you helped others with your education
Very friendly interviewers that asked lots of job specific questions and seemed very knowledgeable in their field with questions that were technical and also personal. Good interview experience, have had worse experiences with other companies
Situational judgement and logical test which was all conducted online
Video interview which asked around six questions and lasted thirty minutes
Assessment centre lasted all day and included a group exercise, an interview, and an individual exercise
