Interview
Firstly, I applied via natwest career website . Thereafter I got call from natwest team that my resume has been shortlisted and asked me to prepare for Aptitude test and competency test on very next day. The test was conducted via online mode and lasts for 45min.Test was quite difficult with time limit per question.
Next Day,I got call from HR informing me that i cleared the test and to be ready very next day for HR interaction via zoom mode.
Thereafter i got confirmation mail regarding interview with Hiring Managers in next week
That PI lasts for approx 30min.
In interview i was asked abt Bank,Internships,Education and some banking terms. I was quite nervous post this round.I was informed to wait for next 30Days. This made me to think may be i wont be able to make through.
Though,on very next day with surprise i found offer letter in my email.
I readily signed the offer letter.
Interview was very professional and it felt like the interviewer was genuinely intrested in my past experience and thought process. I was made to be comfortable and enjoyed the professionalism.

The interview process consisted of an initial screening followed by a discussion on my background, experience, and accounting knowledge. The interviewer was professional and asked questions related to my previous work and finance concepts. The overall process was smooth, and the difficulty level was average.

Pretty Good & Simple; Primary focus is on communication skills & other than that about future goals. Maximum 20 minutes interview. Interviewer was calm and understanding. Overall a descent interview not a stressful one.
