Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There was a psychometric test, which included choosing the best and the worst option for the given scenario and a couple of mathematical questions, which were very basic.
During the video interview, 5 questions were asked. The first one is "why applied for this job" and " why you are the right person". Also, a couple similar to "tell about a time when helped a customer/ colleague" but in several forms like "in a challenging situation with no easy solution" and "gone out of your way to help". Also, one scenario-based question related to you helping a customer with a transaction with the question " how will you deliver a great customer service"
