I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at NatWest Group in Jun 2022
Interview
I had cleared first two technical and managerial rounds, HR salary discussion was pending. I received a call for the HR discussion, well it was not conducted by a HR but the team manager took it. He didn't provide the salary breakout as I desired. When asked for reasons, one of his reasons were we consider your "ACADEMIC BACKGROUND AS A FACTOR AND YOUR COLLEGE DOESN'T FALL UNDER ANY OF THE TIER 3 CATEGORIES".
This is the first time ever in my experience I have heard something like this.
Pathetic experience from such a reputed company.
PLEASE DONT DO THIS TO ANY OTHER CANDIDATES AND MAKE THEM VICTIMS FOR STUDYING IN A DECENT COLLEGE.
