I can't get past NatWest's SJT. I've done it twice now with varying input at scenarios that don't have a clear action to take, but still end up with an immediate fail and an identical generic feedback report sent to me on email. I've practised on Graduates First and received scores of above 70%, so I'm starting to doubt whether they actually care about the responses you enter. Perhaps they've just closed/paused applications, without notifying the candidates. Although, that would be quite rude...

"Your manager has assigned you to collaborate with another team for the next few weeks as they need support on a piece of work focused on improving internal communications. As you start work you realise the new team uses different processes compared to your usual team and you're finding them difficult to follow. You mention this to one of your new team members, who explains to you that their processes are more effective for this type of project. They show you examples of previous similar pieces of work that you can review to familiarise yourself with the new processes, but you think you could complete your work quicker by using your usual approach."

Online test first, then direct to the assessment centre, and it is virtual: 4 parts, one is math, one ML, one behavior, and also some news/paper that was read, last one is coding.

CV based generic questions in round 1 followed by 2 technical rounds. 1 of the technical rounds was related to coding skills in python. The first round was very generic around skills or experience you mention in your resume.
First round was about CV. Interviewer gave an introduction about the firm, the team and the position. Asked some questions about my current role and CV. It was friendly and efficient.
