Very straightforward. Initially over the phone with a follow up call. Then face-to-face but it became apparent that they were looking for a different skill set. Nothing wrong with the process however from start to finish.
Online interview - 1 hour, competency based. They will ask you one main question and 4 subquestions (splitting up the main question) in one go so make sure you have a paper and pen so you dont miss what they want exactly.
