After a month of applying got an email from hiring manager for a rather informal interview and 2nd round for 90min interview 60 min competency and 30 min assessment over a virtual call.
Met with 3 managers that were roughly 30 minutes each. Interviews were good conversations and very friendly, there was only one round of interviews. Took a few weeks to get offer.
Very straight forward, average timeframe. Met with 3 seniors (MDs) and a number of directors to talk about the role and what they like about NatWest. More them talking than me.
it was good experience. Interviewer asked domain related questions. They also provided clarity about roles and responsibilities. Questions were from domain related and past experience. there were two rounds of interview.
