NatWest Group Operations Analyst interview questions

There were 2 rounds in the interview process. 1. Online test- Aptitude, English, Reasoning, Finding the similarities, Typing test. 2. Personal interview- with the senior operations manager who had worked there for more than 3-4 years.

A Techincal test following a GD and then finally the interview with one of the managers. The technical test is quite very easy. The GD was easy too. The managerial round was mostly about the qualifications mentioned on my resume. Flexibility for the shifts timings is the first question asked before the process begins.
