Interviews were via zoom due to COVID-19 and I was interviewed by two people. Both were interested in hearing about my previous experience and asked what I could bring to the company. One of them voiced their concerns with hiring me, which was a little off-putting at first, but I was able to explain my skills (and ended up getting the internship).
