Navient interview questions

Typical phone interview. Elizabeth, from HR, seems incompetent and toxic to work with. She seemed confused and upset when I couldn't entirely remember the job description that I applied to over a month prior. It didn't make things better that the job listing was removed. Why do you expect people to remember the job description a month later after having heard nothing from the company for so long?

Easy, but long phone interview. Lasted about 45 mins. Many questions regarding scenarios you'll experience on the job. Overall a good experience and many questions were answered. Right from the beginning they gave a complete overview of how the company works and a typical work day.
