Overall, an average difficulty. In general, questions were more qualitative than quantitative. Many questions revolved around example based questions and there was also a prioritization challenge. Everyone on the team was very nice and welcoming.

Tell me about your self? Why do you want to work at notion? Tell me about a time you dealt with a situation of ambiguity.
The interview process consisted of an initial recruiter screen, followed by a product sense interview and a technical case study. There were several rounds with different team members, including a session focused on culture fit and collaboration. The final stage was a presentation to the leadership team, where I was asked to solve a product challenge live. Overall, the process was rigorous and required deep product thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle ambiguous problems.

Phone call - didn't pass, but the recruiter reached out to schedule a call. I did not apply. they found me through linkedin so I responded. Then I went to round one and failed.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Notion Labs

Average experience. The hiring manager didn't seem to get time to read the resume and barely asked me any questions after the introduction. I'm not sure if they already had a candidate in mind before the call.
