There was a phone screen with the recruiter and then a Zoom follow up with one of the managers. If you’re taking this interview, you need to be overly communicative of your availability and reach out to the manager directly ahead of the call if you need to make a change (that was the exact feedback I was given). I rescheduled via the recruiter due to work conflict and the interviewing manager told me that’s part of the reason they knew “I wasn’t the one.”
Recruiter screening. Recruiter said everything was perfect and I would move forward then rejected me 2 days later and asked me if I wanted notion merch lol. Crazy way to reject someone.
