I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Notion Labs in Mar 2023
Interview
First was a typical phone screen with recruiter. Asked about past projects and some details about experience with SQL and Python
Second was an interview with 2 people on one of the data teams. Very friendly and relaxed. I was then given a dataset and asked to perform some aggregations in pandas. Along the way the interviewer asked how I would handle different data types and outliers etc. Didn't make it past this round but I could tell it would have been a great team to work with.

Interview
The process was pretty fast paced and very transparent about timelines, next steps, and what to expect in each round. I genuinely enjoyed talking with my interviewers and it felt like a good conversation where I was not only talking about my background but learning more about the role and Notion's culture.

The whole process was a bit involved and took about 6 weeks. Aside from the recruiter screen, there was a technical screen and then a hiring manager screen.
There's a take home exercise before the onsite. The onsite is 4 interviews. There's also a post onsite interview at the end
