One Medical Administrative Assistant interview questions

I applied online but I had a friend recommend me as an candidate. They called to do a phone screening which took about 30-45 minutes, where they asked simple interview questions. Then, I got a call to do a video interview where it took about an hour where she asked me behavioral and specific questions like how do you handle pressure in a fast-paced environment? After, they called to do the last interview which is in person. This was a 3 hour long interview that consisted a formal interview where the manager asked questions, shadowing the front desk person and then they give you the opportunity to check in patients, the next part is a mock interview on how you would answer phones, and the last part is focused on writing an email with some last questions from the hiring manager. It is a very tedious experience and even though I did not receive the job, everyone was very nice and inviting! I appreciated that.
