Attended a job fair, then a phone interview. Was hired shortly after. The interview at the job fair was quick, round-robin style. They were opening a new location so having a mass hiring. I had to follow up on the status to hear back if I was selected or not. I found out a couple of weeks later that I was indeed selected for the position.
