The interview process was a bit disorganized and ultimately disheartening, it turned me off from Quince as a consumer. I was initially contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter. After my first screening call I found out that they didn't ask me the correct questions for the role I was interviewing for, so they had me answer additional questions via email and set up another recruiter screening call. The second one was simple and quick (however, in this call I was made aware that the base salary was misrepresented on the job posting). The rest of the process was rather fast. I did two additional interviews, which was a shockingly short process compared to others where I've gone through 4+ total interviews. For the final interview, the hiring manager was late and we lost about 5 minutes of the 30 minutes we had for our conversation. Questions were straightforward. After the final interview I never heard back from anyone at Quince. I followed up with the recruiter a few days later to find out what I should expect for next steps but never received a reply. To be ghosted after going through the full interview process and getting to the final round is extremely unprofessional. The amount of effort it takes to send a rejection is so minimal, at least give your interviewees the courtesy of letting them know they aren't moving forward when they spend their time going through the entire process.
