First interview was a 25 minute video call. The call went well I thought but they ended up saying they had lots of applicants and went another direction. It took 3 weeks after I applied to hear something. The lady I talked to was very nice. Sounds a bit intense but smart people.

I was genuinely excited about this role after researching the company, but I tempered my expectations going in based on reviews I’d already seen here. Unfortunately, my experience mirrored what others have described. The interviewer canceled less than an hour before our scheduled call. A call that was scheduled for over a week. Not a deal breaker, but it was noted. We rescheduled for the next day, which I appreciated, but the interview itself felt like I was pulling teeth just to keep him engaged. No reaction, no feedback, no sense of whether the conversation was going anywhere. Just disinterest. A week passed with no word, so I sent a polite follow-up. Nothing back. It is completely fine if I wasn’t the right fit. That’s just how hiring goes. But when a company asks for your time, puts you through an interview process, and then can’t manage a two second reply after you reach out? That says something about the culture. Probably a blessing in disguise. Be cautious.
