The worst interview ever. The first round was good, when it came to the second round the so called 'Most Senior' person in the finance CA Sathya conducted the interview. The start was normal when I have my opinion on why I don't have to stay in a company for 3 years to prove myself this person lost his cool and started shouting on me and said 'how can you say what you said, this just shows your arrogant attitude and this is not the type of person we ever want in our team. You are a rejected candidate, I will give me feedback to HR in strong words' and cut the call abruptly. As per this highly experienced person, any employee must spend 1 year to understand the work, in the 2nd year should perform, only in the 3rd year should the employee expect any hikes or promotions and after 3 years should think about changing companies!!
